These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of goods from Ventro One through our online shop and direct channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. For bespoke or large-volume orders, a deposit may be required prior to fulfilment.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders are always fulfilled at the quoted price.

Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Ventro One is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Cancellations Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless confirmed as faulty. A restocking fee may apply to returned non-custom items.

Warranty All products are covered by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper use, unauthorised modifications, or consumable parts.

Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
